Refund & Cancellation Policy

How the free trial, cancellations and refunds work.

Free trial

New workspaces get a 3-day free trial. Your card is saved at checkout but not charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.

Cancellation

Cancel at any time from the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access to the end of the current paid period.

Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately and permanently erases your data.

Consumers also have the statutory cancellation rights described in the Terms of Service.

Refunds

Monthly charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, because provider usage costs (your own AI and SMS spend) are incurred as you use the service.

If you were charged in error, or the service was materially unavailable for an extended period, contact [support@sakurascales.com] within 14 days and we will review it in good faith.

This does not affect your statutory rights, including any right to a refund where the service is not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

Provider charges

Amounts billed by Anthropic, Twilio or HighLevel are between you and those providers and are not refundable by us.
